The Rails monolith currently works on v7.1 and
[ActiveSupport::CurrentAttributes](https://api.rubyonrails.org/v7.1/classes/ActiveSupport/CurrentAttributes.html)
in this version do not support setting a default value via callback. The solution was
to have accessors wrapping the attribute.
