Allow a directory of triage policies as a command line parameter

• We may want a command to load a full directory of organised policies for execution
• Create a command line option to declare the directory path and the intention to use a full directory of policies

Example:

• Group triage package policies could be housed in their own directory policies/group_packages/group_*_package.yml
