Automatically detect comments that may indicate contribution interest and send to a human workflow
To make sure that we don't miss any chance that a community member might have expressed interest in contributing to GitLab, we can try to catch these comments in issues.
Automatically detect comments that express interest and send to a human workflow for review and pass on to the relevant team members for further help.
What is a good way to do this that won't cause too much false positives? Too much overhead?
