Why it needs to be picked

It displays a deprecation warning during install on ubuntu 14.04, that their OS will be no longer be supported in GitLab 11.11

Ubuntu 14.04 is end of life this month, and we have dropped builds for it in master.

Potential negative impact of picking

Very little risk, unless the method of notification is broken. The change will be tested by installing the package on 14.04 before it's merged, so shipping broken is unlikely.
