Release .torrents for CE/EE edition for minimize download/upgrade time

Gitlab deb CE currently is about 480MB and growing. We have an 100Mb uplink and during upgrade download speed 500kiB-10000kiB. Some day 500, some other at maximum speed ~10000 for unknown reason. So download time is very different and upgrade period time unpredictable. It's very unconvenient.

Could you please release .torrent files also during release? Due to bittorrent architecture nature, I'm sure for such situation download speed should be at maximum.
