QA on release-environments on 17.6 fails at QA

The QA jobs for release-environments are failing because of failed login using the provided username and password. E.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security/gitlab/-/pipelines/1555425961

It is still fine on older stable branches (17.5 and 17.4)
