Gather cases where developers are having trouble writing good commit messages, and assist them in writing better ones

In preparation for making Danger fail in CI (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/release/framework/issues/21) when there is an error, we should gather instances where developers are having problems writing good commit messages, and assist them in doing so. This in turn should help educate them on how to go about writing good commit messages.

For every instance of a commit message needing assistance, please add a link to a comment on the MR asking about this in the section below.
