What does this MR do?

Avoid bot spamming on auto-deploy comments

  • Removes the label when the merge request fails to get picked
  • Modifies to failure message to describe the two possible alternatives:
    1. Create a merge request targeting the auto-deploy branch
    2. Solve the conflicts and reassign the Pick into auto-deploy label
