Fix takeoff command on template

was the bin/takeoff-deploy -v 10.6.0.ee.0 -w manually added there?

Thought the packages weren't available, but we actually wrote 10.6.0.ee.0 vs 10.6.0-ee.0 😅

I don't think so, but I have seen it before during an RC deploy where the . should have been a - (or vice-versa), so I think there's a template error somewhere.
