The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. What does this MR do and why?

All Post Deploy Migration jobs that are executed as part of the dedicated Post Deploy Migration Pipeline are now removed from the Release Coordinator Pipeline
Touches a bit of code and tests that relied on the strict naming schema associated with this change
