The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. We are introducing three breaking change windows during which we expect breaking changes to be deployed to GitLab.com. You can read more about it on our blogpost . What does this MR do?

When we open an S3 incident we now get the status check posted to the issue.

This is a bit confusing because we only check S1 and S2 incidents which passes the test https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/-/issues/13308#note_604162555

This updates the wording so we specifically state which labels we are checking.
