Release own binary in Releases tab

I couldn't find any example on how to build and upload a binary for Go project to Releases tab. Would be great if release-cli could release itself this way for the illustration.

I expected to find fresh Linux binaries at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/release-cli/-/releases
