Explore adding a Reference Architecture Monitoring guide

We've got a lot of experience today in monitoring the Reference Architectures as part of testing and evaluation. At the same time we hear that some customers would like additional guidance on how to monitor their Reference Architecture based environments.

To help with this we could explore writing up an opinionated example guide of what monitoring approach is best along with examples such as sample Grafana dashboards.

Some ideas include:

• What metrics to follow (CPU, Memory, Network, Disk, RPS, etc...)
• Warning signs and patterns to watch for
• Best practices for monitoring
• Sample configurations and dashboards
