Explore adding docs section around typical resources required for running GitLab in production

One area that we could look at exploring in the Reference Architecture documentation is a section on what is involved resources wise to build and maintain a production GitLab environment to help set expectations further.

Specifically this would be a section that touches generally on team makeup, how many FTEs, etc... THere's a lot of factors that go into how each customer decides on resources though so this needs to be considered also.

We'll collaborate with the Customer Success team to find out some general information on what factors apply for customers and resourcing, an initial list was as follows:

• Are managed cloud services being used?
• How big is the architecture?
• Is Kubernetes involved?
• What are the SLA/SLOs?
• How often are upgrades required? Are live upgrades required?
• Is GET or custom IaC being used?
• Is Geo included?
• Is 24/7 staffing required for any incidents?
• Is Runner management also required?
