Cloud Native Hybrid reference architecture with GitLab Operator

GitLab Operator is in process of production readiness validation, gitlab-org/cloud-native/gitlab-operator#1033 (closed) for more details.

The issue is to track update to Reference Architecture to mention GitLab Operator in addition to GitLab Charts, including testing and validation.

• Validate performance for Cloud Native Hybrid with Operator
• Validate functionality for Cloud Native Hybrid with Operator
• Add Operator CRD value examples similar to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/gitlab/-/tree/master/examples/ref in Charts for 2k, 3k, 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k
• Update documentation
