Document requirements for a new component to be added to Reference Architecture

Adding a new component to Reference Architecture is involved and requires a lot of efforts to ensure that the component is mature and performant enough to be recommended to customers. Non-exhaustive list:

• Functional testing
• Performance testing
• Costs and maintenance analysis
• Dogfooding the new component

The issue is to document all requirements for a new component to be added to Reference Architecture guidance.
