  This upgrades kubectl from 1.11 to 1.13. Unfortunately, that's still not new enough to have rollout restart 😞 And this seems to be the newest we provided.

  I tried to use some Google provided images, but those require some other configurations, which I don't intend to figure out yet, and it's probably not a good idea anyway. It's really sad that we're using like ancient versions...
