For untriaged MRs: - Add the [group label](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/labels/#group-labels) and/or [type label](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/labels/#type-labels) Some group labels are not sufficient (e.g. ~"group::distribution"), and you will need to use the lower level labels such as ~"group::distribution::build") - Consider adding a [category label](https://docs.gitlab.com/development/labels/#category-labels) if clear 1. For idle MRs: - Take a look at, and/or ask Duo to help you understand the current state and what is needed to move it forward - If appropriate, nudge the reviewer in the MR, assign a new reviewer, or reach out in the appropriate Slack channel - If the author has been nudged several times, close the MR using the [**Close idle community merge request** comment template](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/profile/comment_templates.html) or a similar message 1. Check off processed MRs 1.
