For idle MRs: - Take a look at, and/or ask Duo to help you understand the current state and what is needed to move it forward - If appropriate, nudge the reviewer in the MR, assign a new reviewer, or reach out in the appropriate Slack channel - If the author has been nudged several times, close the MR using the [**Close idle community merge request** comment template](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/profile/comment_templates.html) or a similar message 1.
