Add Community Contribution label to GitLab website project
We're seeing more community contributions on the GitLab website itself, which sometimes go unnoticed (generally community members don't know who to ping or who to assign the MR to).
I'm filing this issue as suggested on the Slack conversation.
I'd like to request gitlab-bot to automatically add the Community contribution label to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com in the same way it is done for gitlab-org/gitlab-ce and gitlab-org/gitlab-ee
A further refinement would be to add a way to notify a given group, which can be addressed in a separate issue if necessary. For now, a good start would be to automatically add the label so that folks in the Marketing team can subscribe to it.
As a summary, the preferred approach would be for gitlab-bot to:
- Monitor the https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/ project
- Add the Community contribution label for MRs submitted by contributors who are not part of the GitLab team
- Additionally add the ~Website label
- Send a notification to the @gl-website group
