Group scheduled pipelines per frequency

Problem Statement

Increase the number of scheduled pipelines from... (#1673 - closed).

We are almost at capacity with our scheduled pipelines.

Goal

Run all the "daily" pipelines in a single CI/CD pipeline (same for weekly, monthly, ...)
