Scheduled automation to label duplicated master-broken incidents that are closed without a root cause label
We find ourselves having to go back to the closed master broken incidents to add the root cause label when they are auto-closed as duplicates.
I'm proposing a scheduled operation that runs daily and go back to the incidents without a root cause label:
- Identify their duplicate incident
- if the duplicate incident has a root cause label, apply that same label to the incident.
