Making triage pings less annoying for our community members
We have several triage packages that will mention the author in the original issue as well as index the original issue in the package.
This was originally added to ask for an update from the author and then the triage team would review the triage package at the due date. Giving the author time between the creation of the triage package (and the ping) and the due date to update the issue if they wanted.
For community reported issues we probably don't need to do both the mention and the index. The triage package can be used for the triage team member to go through these issues without disrupting the author.
Remove the mention for the following rules:
- Remind stale bugs
- Remind stale unlabelled issues
- Remind stale unscheduled issues
We should leave the mention for the rules:
- Remind stale support requests
For team reported issues we could still mention the author and ask for an update
Split the following policies to filter or both community reported and team reported issues:
- Remind stale bugs
- Remind stale unlabelled issues
- Remind stale unscheduled issues
becomes
- Remind stale bugs from team members
- Mentions author
- Remind stale bugs from community
- No mention
