Provide remote development for triage-ops

A week ago there's a Slack thread talking about enabling remote development for triage-ops. While it might not be easy to make this happen, this project often has contribution outside of the team, who are less familiar about how to run the project locally, and like documentation there can have typo fixes contributed by non-developers.

Having a remote development environment ready can make it easier to contribute in those cases. It might be worth to see how feasible this can be.
