Update Code Testing and Coverage/ Review apps from pipeline security to pipeline execution
Summary
With the approval recently as a part of the Verify realignment, we moved Category:Code Testing and Coverage & Category:Review Apps from grouppipeline security to grouppipeline execution.
As a result, we need to add triage logic on all Category:Code Testing and Coverage & Category:Review Apps issues to be bulk updated from grouppipeline security to grouppipeline execution.
Historical resources like epics/issues/MRs that are closed that had Category:Code Testing and Coverage & Category:Review Apps should remain unchanged. This is so that for historical purposes, the team that did the work can be pinged.
Both issues and MRs should be migrated that are currently open with CI variables attached.
Migration Logic
- If Category:Code Testing and Coverage and grouppipeline security exist
- Add grouppipeline execution, remove grouppipeline security and ensure sectionops devopsverify remain
- If Category:Review Apps and grouppipeline security exist
- Add grouppipeline execution, remove grouppipeline security and ensure sectionops devopsverify remain
