End-to-end test to create and delete a board via GUI

This is a follow-up issue based on a comment from the MR that adds a test for the feature of multiple issue boards in the group level.

• Scenario 1: Creates a board via the GUI
• Scenario 2: Deletes a board via the GUI

Would this cover both Group/Project Issue Boards? Also, Multiple issue boards?

@wlsf82 Do we need this to be split into smaller tasks?

I'd say we should have it only for Project or Group since the way to create a board is the same.

I'm not sure if we should have it for multiple issue boards since this would make the test very time-consuming in terms of execution time.

About splitting it into smaller tasks, I'd prefer to start working on it first, and if I think it's too complicated, then I'll break it split it. WDYT?
