E2E test for "Load testing integration with K6"

New E2E test to cover new Premium testing feature integrating K6 with GitLab test features, executing and reporting K6 tests.

Steps

1. Log into GitLab
2. Set up project
3. Configure CI to include template
4. Write simple load test to demonstrate execution
5. Submit MR
6. Verify MR widget reports load data
