E2E test for Compliance frameworks

Summary

In Multiple compliance frameworks labels (gitlab-org&13294 - closed) we are adding the ability to have multiple frameworks attached to a project. With the functionality of Compliance Frameworks expanding significantly (it becomes imperative that basic functionality around Compliance Frameworks can not be disturbed.

There is already some tests as part of #4037 (closed).
