Update the list of pipeline configuration files that should be changed when Gitlab QA image name is updated

gitlab-qa-alpine-ruby-2.6 has links to .gitlab-ci.yml where the image is used, but the list is not completely up-to-date and missing .gitlab/ci/review.gitlab-ci.yml(gitlab-org/gitlab!24442 (merged)).

The issue is to update the list and double-check that nothing is missing.
