Introduce enhanced e2e test reports with Allure report

Allure report provides a feature rich test report. By generating single test report which includes all test related information (all test status, failure messages and stacktraces, failure screenshots, links to test case and issues) the time it takes to debug and understand failures, should be significantly decreased.

Generate allure reports for e2e test jobs:
