[Wiki] Update test: Edit the wiki home page

This test exists in create_edit_clone_push_wiki_spec.rb but needs to be cleaned up. Currently, the tests just continues where the last one ends which is not a good approach. This test should create all the prerequisites using the API create in the first test issue and then editing it as usual.

  • Create a new test for this functionality
  • Use fabricate_via_api for setup
  • Clean up old test
