Document and use consistent job names for test scenarios

The names of jobs in package-and-qa, review-qa-*, and nightly/staging pipelines aren't documented. And although there is some consistency in job names, it might be better if they were identical. This would help ensure we don't miss a scenario when adding/updating them, and it will avoid having to learn which job in one pipeline is equivalent to a different job in another pipeline.

Proposal

  • Rename jobs in QA pipelines so that jobs that execute the same scenario have the same name
  • Document the jobs (e.g., with the scenario examples in gitlab-qa and linked from the handbook)
