Explore adding full suite QA jobs against env built with GitLab Operator

The issue is to run GitLab QA full suite job against the GitLab environment built with the Operator and analyse any failures. Additionally we need to explore adding a manual QA job with a full suite.

• Add manual QA jobs for Full suite in Operator - gitlab-org/cloud-native/gitlab-operator!588 (merged)
• Analyze QA job results,
• Raise issue for any failure and investigate it
