Indicate which failures are for quarantined tests in Test Sessions report

The staging report does not indicate which test failures are for quarantined tests

Example: gitlab-org/quality/testcase-sessions#120 (closed)

It would be helpful to clearly indicate which tests are already quarantined, or not include these tests in the detail tables.
