Bugs opened vs closed per month by Stage

Problem

Filtered Periscope charts are not embeddable in the handbook and there's a desire to have bug open/closed per month embedded for each stage.

Use the Bugs Opened vs Closed per month as a reference implementation for the base chart. Ideally this would be a cumulative flow diagram which has two segments (open/closed) that enables the visualization of the change of bugs over time. I believe this can be done by using an Area Chart with the Miscellaneous option of Calculate Cumulative
