Test sessions report does not indicate non-test-related failure

A pre-prod test sessions report was generated for a failing pipeline: testcase-sessions#133 (closed)

The pipeline failed because qa-triggers-smoke job failed (failed outside and before any tests were run), but this is not indicated in the test sessions report.

The report lists two failed tests, but they are quarantined tests and were not the cause of the pipeline failure (see #10 (moved))

It would be helpful to indicate the non-test-based failure in the report.
