Explore multi-step tests for k6 testing

With the toolkit now in a decent state it's worth exploring some multi-step tests that mimic users a bit more realistically.

Obviously these will be more complex and the tooling we use can only report on the time take for the whole scenario but this is worthwhile to explore to see how it works.
