Provide CSV results in wiki for easier comparison with self-managed instance results

As in title.

Shared results in wiki are good but they're not in the exact same format as the CSV that we get when running tests on our self-managed instance and we would like to compare them from time to time.

Also, as a side note, it would be good to also have the Grafana dashboards so that we can import them in our instance as well.
