Create Direct Links to GPT Results

GPT Testing is a high value of the Quality team reference architectures, but the fact that performance test results are maintained on an ongoing basis is not easily discoverable from the individual reference architectures themselves.

It would be helpful if a link to the specific GPT testing results for each reference architecture could be linked in the section in this graphic or somewhere else near the top of each Ref Arch.

If CNH gpt testing is eventually done separately, it would be great to link it in that section.

I searched for links in the source - and from what I can tell, this is not already present.
