Handle new Repository Storage config in Data Generator

API requests relating to Repository Storage looks to have changed recently. It looks like a weighted behavior is coming in. The old method at this time appears to now no longer work.

As such, we should update the Data Generator (and import project?) to use the new approach from when it was released in product.
