SiteSpeed follow up: explore if there is a way to catch redirects

With the new SiteSpeed pipeline we hit the problem that, as it appears, there is no way to catch redirects with SiteSpeed and fail the test if there was a redirect. This issue is to make a deep dive into SiteSpeed documentation and/or reach out to their Development team to learn if it's possible to catch and avoid redirects in tests.
