Get new export of `gitlab-foss` project for performance testing

For performance testing we're using a now 5 month old export of gitlabhq \ gitlab-foss. We should update this to latest ofr us and for other developers that want to use it.

Task is to get export and add it alongside our current one over on our performance-data project.
