Add Web endpoint to Performance Tool: get homepage

As the result of investigation of which endpoints should be added to Performance Tool, we need to add this endpoint:

• GET /

Tasks:

• Add web endpoint
• Add validation step in web tests that response is not a Sign In page
• Needs investigation how to authorize, probably using _gitlab_session cookie - explore solutions
• Create an issue for investigation if the endpoint is slow
