Adds instruction to install gnu-tar when using Ansible with Virtual Environment on Mac
Following the docs to set Ansible with Virtual Environment I got the following error:

The fix was to install gnu-tar, which makes to believe that instruction 4 at Bring your own Ansible should be referenced here as well.
