Introducing network configuration in AWS reference architecture

To improve the module capability, allowing specific network configurations and tuning, we would like to introduce the network parameters to the module for AWS Reference Architectures deployments.

The new implementation should provide default parameters so that, in case of blank environment, the module will work like now without any additional configuration.
