In order to rely exclusively on https://about.gitlab.com/groups.json for triage operations, with the end goal that each group manages their own data, we need to ensure the data is the same in both https://about.gitlab.com/groups.json and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops/-/blob/master/group-definition.yml, or at least ensure that groups are aware of the data difference before proceeding to rely on https://about.gitlab.com/groups.json and delete https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops/-/blob/master/group-definition.yml.
