Update Failure analysis dashboard views

Update failure analysis grafana dashboard to

1. Exclude failure categories by default (for instance no_trace_available and no_failure_category_found)
2. Add drilldown views so we display failure category info at the top level and selecting specific failure categories should display related failure signatures and further selection for signatures

These parameters help organize the dashboard further and avoid confusion.
