Create DevEx-wide Data Golden Path Vision

Context

Building on the Development Analytics data golden path proposal, we need to expand this vision to all the teams within the Developer Experience stage.

Development Analytics established the framework:

• Data stores: 🥇 In-product → 🥈 ClickHouse → 🥉 Snowflake
• Visualizations: 🥇 In-product dashboards → 🥈 Grafana → 🥉 Snowflake

Problem

DevEx teams face decision paralysis, scattered solutions, and lack of cross-team data discovery.

Goal

Create a comprehensive DevEx-wide data golden path that enables all teams to make rapid data platform decisions and reduce duplicate efforts.
