Suggest Extending the Jsonnet Examples to include Variables

We have had some customers ask for examples around using variables with Dynamic Pipelines. Since the GitLab documentation for dynamic pipelines points to this project I believe it should be the best place to include examples.

A public project was setup to improve on the example provided to the customer demonstrating the capability using Jsonnet. This also allows for Variable to be changed when the pipeline is run manually.

The purpose of this issue is to update this project and documentation to showcase the use of variables in this project.

As a side note there is also a GitLab blog which demonstrates the use of variable with dynamic pipelines using bash.
