Broken Links in Evaluate report

The Excel output file generated by the evaluate tool contains outdated or broken links that need to be updated to ensure users can access the correct documentation and resources.

Problem

The Excel output file currently contains links that are:

• Pointing to outdated documentation URLs
• Referencing deprecated resources
• Broken or returning 404 errors

Expected Outcome

All links in the Excel output should:

• Point to current, valid URLs
• Reference the latest documentation
• Use the correct GitLab domain structure
• Be tested and verified to work correctly
• Follow any updated URL conventions or redirects
